Altering Vishkanya sorcerer favoured class

I'm creating a custom class and I want to use a modified version of the Sorcerer favoured class option for the same race (TL;DR - pick a bloodline power usable a number of times per day equal to 3 + charisma modifier and add +1/2 to the number of uses per day). Basically I want to reuse it for a similar favoured class bonus on the class I'm doing, but with its own class abilities and using intelligence as the modifier instead of charisma.

I've copied it as a base - all the fields, tags and eval scripts are exactly the same - but when I test it, it's not showing the abilities on the drop-down in the Customized Favoured Class Option box, and I can't figure out which values in the eval script or fields to modifier to link it to the custom abilities it will apply to.

You need to get the favored class bonus onto the hero in question. You can either copy/replace the race with your new FCB as an extra bootstrap, or you can create a mechanic and bootstrap your extra FCB to that (it won't show unless both the class and race are present for this hero). I would go the mechanic route.
