I’ve had no problems if I just send an email to support@. The problem seems to be with the bug report tool in HLO, when I’ve used that to fill out and send a bug report I never get a response and assume it never went thru, so I quit using it and just email support.

As already stated - If you are not getting the automated response, try sending your bugs by email directly to support, rather than using the bug report tool/page. The DEVs can't be expected to read all forum posts checking for bugs.

I sent a mail to support and got a detailed reply very quickly. They are looking into it. |
