All duly noted. We'll get everything added for which we have the data. Data
file updates will be a major priority once V1.1 is released. I definitely
appreciate everyone's patience in the interim. :-)

At present, we do NOT have data for the non-figure pieces for Dungeons
(e.g. chests, doors, etc.). We also may be lacking some of the additional
stuff you've listed below, but I don't know for sure without digging
through everything. If we're missing anything, we'll request it from
WizKids, but I honestly don't know whether they have all that stuff readily
available in electronic format that they can send us. If not, do you happen
to have (or know of) a resource for all of this information that will
provide it? If so, please let us know.

Please explain the problem with "scalable items". You're making vague
references, so I'm not sure I understand where the problem is, let alone
what can be done to address it. Thanks in advance for clarifying. :-)

Thanks, Rob

www.mkrealms.com like the other realms sites, has for lack of a better word, galleries of all the figs, titans, and castle pieces. If you can't get the info from Wizkids, its available there. For doors, there's really just the two types, wooden and iron, and some other things like Terrain markers only have a few distinct versions, and would be useful only for setting up a dungeon crawl in advance.

For scalable figs, the way they are set up just seems inefficient. I don't really know the program's insides enough to suggest a fix, but if anyone else has a suggestion, please offer it.

Besides that as I said before "There needs to be a way to easily filter out all Dungeons-only pieces. Including Heroes lvl 1-4" like I don't know, a selection in "Settings" or a new tag to filter for, but put it at the top of the list so its easier to use.

In the mean time, is there a way to "turn off" the Level 1-4 versions of heroes if you are building a non-Dungeons army?

"Available there" doesn't necessarily mean they'll hand us the data nicely.
We might have to parse the info out of HTML pages that may or may not
include all the particulars needed. What I'm looking for is a resource that
will give us the complete set of data in electronic format for us to adapt
to data files. If MKRealms will do that, great! But at this point I do not
know, so it's not yet safe to make sweeping assumptions about it.

Unfortunately, this doesn't answer my question. What are "scalable figs"
(it's not an official MK term that I've heard before)? How are they
"inefficient"? Please explain so I can understand. If I can't understand
the problem, there's no way I can come up with a better solution. :-)

This is something specific to the data files. I've added this to the todo
list and I'll try to come up with something reasonable within the next
update of the data files.

Unfortunately, no.

Oh, sorry. "Scalable" was a term I first heard used with the HC oversized figs, but whether officially adopted or not, scaleable figs are those which can be given clicks of damage prior to play to lower their point value (i.e. cost)

Some examples are the titan artillery and the Castle pieces which are not currently in the datafiles. I included the lvl 1-4 Heroes in this in my head, though they are not exactly" scalable."

************************************************

As for mkrealms, I know they have html stats and whatnot, and will look around for something more "manageable". I'll also go ahead and contact the proprietors if I can't find it.

That said, all I know of them having is the treasure chests, castle pieces, and LEs. The rest you'll have to get form WK.

And please do.

************************************************

Thanks for the attention to MKD and having a way to *easily* turn off MKD-only things would be very helpful.

Ah! So the "scalable" issue is really the problem with the level 1-4 heroes
at the moment. Now I understand. Thanks for clarifying that for me. I think
what may be needed is an option to merge "identical" cards/models (using CV
authoring jargon), just like there's an option to merge duplicate
cards/models already. I'm going to think about this one a bit more, but it
might be something that should be added to V1.1 still (it's not a big risk
item, so it may be something I can still add).

Thanks, Rob
