40k rules: Choas Army: Helbrute, 5 pts off?

I have my army builder updated to 3.4. Is it just me, or is the Helbrute in the newest codex worth 105 pts base instead of the 100 pts AB lists it as. I've been confused and leaving my armies 5 pts short for a little while now.
