Hello Hero Lab users,

You can check out the preview here: http://wolflair.com/index.php?contex...all_of_cthulhu We'll be adding more screenshots and sample output in the next couple of weeks, so check back often for new content. Question: Will the editor allow you to add more time periods like the dark ages?

Replacing the skill and equipment list would be easy - just a little time consuming. The hard part about Dark Ages is going to be the fact that in the standard CoC game, you roll income, then select an occupation to reflect that. In Dark Ages, each occupation provides its own income. So, if you just want to set a custom income yourself, then select the occupation, everything will work. There are also some rules about starting spells that I haven't studied enough to answer at this point.
We've had many requests for Dark Ages support, so it will be something we want to add at some point. Right now, I don't have any details to give you on when that would happen. |

I don't believe we'll be able to touch the original Runequest property from whence the BRP originally derived (I loved that game back when it first came out). The Runequest property is now licensed by Mongoose and the game system has been dramatically changed from BRP. It's possible that we'll be able to structure the data files to allow fan-creation of content for the old RQ rules, but we haven't even looked at that possibility yet. |
