Update questions

I just got the update to 6.1 and have two questions, and I'm not sure who to ask.

1. The PDF Plugin got an update. Fair enough. However, I can't seem to install the update while Hero Lab is running, and can't locate the file so I can install it when it's not. It might be an oddity on my part, or....

2. I don't know if anyone remembers "stock files", where you could have dozens or sometimes hundreds of characters in one file ready for use. I have one with a TON of things in it. Are those obsoleted by the current version of Hero Lab? And if not, how do I access them?

How I did it: Start the install from Hero Lab, let it pop up the "I can't install" window. Ignore that window for now and close Hero Lab. Select "Retry" from the "I can't install" window and the installation will continue.

In the tools menu, choose "Explore Folders", then "Game System Data Folder" - any portfolios or stock portfolios in that folder will be added to the Encounter builder (which is accessible from the gamemaster menu).

Import stock hero was moved into the Develop menu.
