Our relationship with Wizards is excellent. If there was something small where Wizards felt we stepped over a line, I'm sure their first action would be an email or a phone call to flag the problem to our attention. And I'm confident Wizards would be quite reasonable in working out an amicable solution - provided we didn't do something horribly aggregious, of course. :-)
