When ye create a Multiple Effect or a Linked Effect in a Power Setting under Variable it does not count the pp used to make the Linked or Multiple Effect.
Attached is a character I was converting from 2e to 3e and found that the issue wasn't fixed (I think I mentioned it on the thread I made on the ATT boards but I don't remember) His "Cobra Venom" Power setting has the Linked Effect "Venom Spit" (him spitting venom into the enemy's eyes which damages and blinds) but it doesn't count the 32pp used to build it. |
