Missing Data Packages

I have several Pathfinder options that the license manager page says are "owned," yet are grayed out on the character configuration page. In particular, Cheliax: The Infernal Empire, Player Companions: Black Markets, Dirty Tactics, and Heroes of the Streets (that I've seen). Are they unavailable because they are just not quite ready yet, or is there something more going on? If the product manager page is incorrect, that's fine, but I can't buy them since they are already owned... a quandary.

In the License menu, have you used the "Re-activate License" option since making the purchase, and then re-started Hero Lab?

That's what tells your copy of Hero Lab to talk to the licensing server and find out what packages you have the licenses for.
