How do I make a Wholly Rhinoceros a legal Cavalier Mount?

You would need to use the editor to make a new Race, Animal Comp entry for wooly. I would begin by copying the rhino animal companion and then tweak it for the differences.

And once you do like ValaraukarU mentions the field you want to setup is called "Minion Allowed For?". This is where you select which class or classes this Animal Companion is valid for.

Thanks! I got it working. Had to fiddle around with the ability scores to make it work properly.
