Comprehend will not add past 0 ranks.

Yes it does. All you have to do is just add a Power Option to it and it automatically raises its rank. It's one of those where you can't just add ranks to it.


edit: So, what I mean by this is:


1) Understand All
2) Speak All
3) Read All


^ These are power options. If you had all three of these in "Comprehend", you would have a Power Rank of 3 in Comprehend.
