If you have the community package, then Deadly Agility (requires Weapon Finesse) will be in there as a feat. It is part of the Ultimate Psionics portion of the community package, which is totally free.

If you're looking at how to code stuff within the editor, the logic would be within that feat. If you just want to change the damage, you could probably do that with an adjustment which you also get from the community package.

If you turn on "ShadowChemosh Feats" in the Community Pack you can take 'Improved Weapon Finesse' which gives dex to damage. Or open it in the editor to see how its done.
