Hi all,

New to the forum , and with some questions the technical support couldn't answer...

The first is more general to HL, but perhaps YOU have the answer.
- Is it possible to compile a user data file without having all the Things in it integrated in the main database, and without having to delete them from the file ? (tagging them not to be compiled)

- when uder data files are compiled into the main database, is ther a way to remove somme of them from the database ? (without deleting them, nor the items they contain, that is)

And this one is really for SR5:
- At the top of the Configure Hero window, ther is a section called "User contents", but ther is nothing in it, and when you click the option, you get a message saying you don't owe the proper module. Does anyone knows what this section is used for, and how it is managed ?

Only files in the default folder are loaded, so in order to change what's loaded, an option would be to move some of your .user files into different folders. That will also let you remove things from HL, although you'll need to to a quick-reload (Develop menu in the main window...turn on Enable Data File Debugging, and then ctrl-r or select Quick reload from the develop menu).

The next to last or last item on everything created in the editor is "Sources". Create a new source on one of your items, and use "User Content" as the parent of that new source.
