Bonus feats for varient classes error observation

You have mentioned that when a varient class adds bonus feats to a class that doesn't normally have them there are buggy issues. I just entered a bunch of them from Complete Champion and noticed an interesting thing, which you may already know.

When choosing to limit the feats selected, only the base feats that come with Hero lab are being displayed, or feats that have been copied for them. For example, Holy Warrior is a Paladin sub that loses spellcasting for bonus feats. In the "Additional Bonus Feats" button, I selected Mounted Combat, and Improved Smiting (a custom feat I made from scratch). When I click on the bonus feat button on the Paladin tab, Mounted combat is shown, but Improved Smiting is not.

But here is the weird thing, I made a custom feat "Extra Smiting" by New (Copy)ing the Extra Turning feat in the editor, and that is displayed. This leads me to believe that there is some legacy things in the packaged feats that lets them be picked up by the editor, while new feats made from scratch are being missed. Also, just a reminder, Categories don't seem to be working either, none of the Divine feats that were supposed to be shown were apparent. I don't know if this is because they were all created without a New (Copy) process being followed, or if it is some other error.

Oh, also, I figured out a work-around script for the error in the broken section of the editor where spells per day are supposed to be modified for varient classes. Interestingly, Spells Known seems to be modifying correctly through the editor. What is with that?

Do you think these issues will be fixed by the next update? And when might that be scheduled?
