Relax, have you submitted a support request? LW is pretty good about supporting issues very quickly assuming you contact them thru the correct process. Not sure the forums will get you to their support person quickly.

The only "hobby" GW is interested in is lining their pockets with your money.

Based on what little information you've provided here and no license number to investigate, it's probable that you are entering the wrong email address in the license activation wizard. The email address you need to use is the one actually tied to your license. If you enter that email address incorrectly multiple times, you'll get locked out as a safeguard against someone trying to hack into using your license (read: piracy).

Please do *not* post your license number here on the forums. Instead, send an email to technical support that includes your license number and explains the problem. They should be able to get things sorted out for you and have you up and running again.

Hello do you still have to pay a yearly fee to have Army Builder work? Why is there a fee for this and not like the LW products that once you purchase the product it is yours to use?

I have a copy of AB 3 but did not look that when I went to download version 3.3 it sent me to 3.4 and since my license is expired it now only runs in Demo mode.

I am asking due to the fact that I have been out of war-gaming for some time and not I am getting into Warlord games systems (Bolt Action mainly but I am sure others soon) and I really only want to use the program I have already paid for, if possible.

Thanks for any information,

Sean

Hi Sean,

You can always download the latest version of Army Builder you can use from our license management web site:

http://www.lonewolfdevel.com/

Log in with your license, then select the "View License Details" option. At the bottom of the page, you'll see links to the latest versions of Army Builder that are available for your license.

Paying our license fee allows you to access the integrated updates mechanism within the product, and entitles you to free updates when they become available. For example, when Army Builder 3.4 came out, everyone with an active license at that point was immediately given access to our new Mac version, plus the new PC version.

If you choose not to renew your license, that's fine too - you can continue using your current version of Army Builder, and download updates from our web site rather than using the updates mechanism

Hope this helps!
