EXP not counting?

I am trying to add Exp to my character and it isn't adding in.
Not sure what to do to get it added in.

If you haven't already, send us an email with any screenshots and context you can include to help describe what you're seeing on My Classes, Settings (Advancement Settings), and Journal Tab.
