How hard is this to edit into hero labs?

If you have the Community Pack, the Spell Finesse Feat is in the source RGG - Feats of Spellcasting and you can turn on or copy it from there.

EDIT: But now that I add that to a character, I can't see any place to specify what you changed the spell attribute to, so you're going to have to use the Adjustment "Class Spellcasting Attribute Override" anyway. You might want to look at that Adjustment.
