Exactly as charlieluce said. The headband has logic to provide temp skill points to a Specific selected skill.

This is how temp Int increases in PF1 got around the fact that they don't provide skill points. It also stops the issue of just taking the headband off and putting it back on to get new skill ranks in a different skill the next day.

This is accurate and exactly what I'm attempting to do. It sounds like that HL doesn't have that option just yet. So, I'll the Ability Adjustment Type option under Adjustments (to mark the bonuses as enhancement), and add additional adjustments for skill points and languages separately.

Appreciate everyone's insight on this.
