I want to update the user content I have created for my group. Adding and changing things on my pc is all good. Does the group have to delete the old file and put the new file in, or is there an easier way?

You can create an HL export file which they can simply load to replace the old version.

The export file ends with .hl instead of .user. In windows, I understand that double-clicking on the .hl file will auto-install it into HL.

HERE is a link to a post I did that covers how to make a .hl and setup a update.xml file using Dropbox. That would make it be pretty automatic for your group and similar to how the community Packs work. By using Dropbox you can do it all for free.

Hope that helps.
