Item in ultimate equipment

I found a set of Bracers of Falcon's Aim last night so I bought Ultimate Equipment today to add it to my character. I'm having trouble finding it though. I'm using HL on my ipad if that makes a difference. Can anyone offer advice or help?

Most common solution is that when you buy a data pack like UE, you need to go to Configue Hero, and check the box for Ultimate Equipment. I wish it would auto-enable.

I found it sorry, I was looking under magic armor and it's a wondrous item...
