I can't speak specifically about Raw Deal, but I can answer the rest of
your questions in general...

Card Vault can be used for both performance tuning of decks AND inventory
management for all the games it supports. The list of features provided by
the product is extremely long, and you'll find a lot of them listed on the
website at www.wolflair.com as part of the product description. If there
are specific features you're looking for, then let us know what they are
and we can provide specific answers for you.

Card Vault does not allow users to play games online with it. However, it
DOES allow you to test out decks to see how they'll play.

IMHO, the best way to decide whether Card Vault is worth investing you
hard-earned cash is to take it for a test drive. You can download the
product for free from www.wolflair.com. Install it and experiment with it.
There is a tutorial, a manual, and a fair bit of online help within the
product. If you have specific questions about Card Vault after the test
drive, let us know with another post here and we'll do our best to answer
them for you.

Hope this helps,
Rob
