Race option for System Neutral game system?

This may be a dumb question, but I can't seem to find the "Race" option for Individuals when using the System Neutral game system.

It appears just fine under every other kind of game system under the "Overview" section. When I try to add it by clicking on the "Add a snippet to this section" button, I can't find the race option where I'd expect to find it either (under Types for this Section and under More -> All Types for Category).

The race tag domain does not exist in the system neutral game system realm. So you cannot initially add a snippet that lets you choose tags from it. You can create a tag domain called Race if you need it.
