Right now I only have the Pathfinder system purchased, and I'm thinking about adding the d20 3.5 OGL system. But are they interactable? For instance, could they interface to create a character that has both Soulknife and Oracle levels?

No, they are different data sets.
You would have to enter the soulknife into the pathfinder data as a custom class.
If you wanted to convert the old fashioned way of pen and paper then yes they would be interactable.

Just calculate what feats and skill points the soulknife would get under pathfinder rules and leave everything else as is. It would be a perfectly playable oracle soulknife character.

Heck I've had a Dm use a Pfrpg zombie horde against nine D20 V3.5 5th level Pcs ithout altering the Pfrpg stats and almost TPK the group!
