No Tzeentch in WFB 3rd?

I noticed I can select and Army of Tzeentch, but there are no units available, only Hosts and Characters.

Not sure if I'm missing something in creating this army for my Chaos Mighty Empires campaign.

No you're not mistaken. The Tzeentch units are not yet implemented. Only Chaos Champion generation.
