Now I purchaised Hero Lab and start with the implementation of the Kingdom of Kalamar Players Handbook. If I have more practice I will program Arcana Evolved (maybe there will be the d20 framework available).

OK. Is the "d20 System mechanics (starting point for other d20 games)" planned in the near furure?
