No new data patches, just the addition of "other" as a gender option to stay in conformity with HL

Quick question,

Is it possible to add a couple of things to the personal tab?

Currently there's Power and Weapon which will add bonuses to hit with those. Is it possible to add a second which can adjust damage as well?

I'm sure it's possible, hopefully, I or somebody can figure it out.

For those who want to try, the adjustments are in thing_adjustments.dat if you rename it to thing_adjustments.user you can then use the editor to edit them or make new ones.
