PF1E HLO - ABP Options

Sorry to add to the clutter, but I suppose we must post here until a new board is opened up for PF1E.

Am I simply not understanding something or is the Automatic Bonus Progression option broken? I can see how to add picks, but not how to increase the bonuses.
