Minor Fixes

Hey guys.. seeing as we haven't ahd an update for a while (i belive this is due to ultraprime's injury) i figured i'd jsut go along and correct 2 minor bugs that were nagging me.

So i fixed the VC Black coach adn the high elf chariots displaying the wrong strength for being moutned with great weapons.

because i don't know how to have it automatically update throghu armybuilder itself. *shrug*

if someone else has been working on the data files... my apologies but it seems all work as kinda stopped. I'll be slowly going throghu what easy error i can fix but if any1 knows how to make it so that armybuilder will detect a new version of the data files let me know.

Again if other people are working on this then my apologies and ill jsut keep whatever changes i make to myself.
