Snippet Type for Text with a Title

Would it be possible to have a title in front of a Text snippet as a new Snippet type. It would look like kind of a Tags snippet but rather than having a combo box on the side it would get a Text field.

Right now when you enter data into a Text field and you read it later you lose the context of that information, not knowing what it was.
