If I wanted to add the feats dodge and mobility at level 2 how would I do this.
its easy to add generic bonus feats but I don't know how to add a unique feat at a certain level.

What you want is a Mechanic. Mechanics are automatically bootstrapped to all characters. Create one and bootstrap the feats from it (conditionally, making sure that the hero is at least 2nd level).

Did you want to add the feats to all characters? In that case, TheIronGolem is correct and a mechanic would be the way to go. If it is more limited than that then you might want to use an archetype, or an adjustment.

Aaron, I am making a new class that gets Dodge and Mobility at 2nd level and Spring attack at 4th level.

In the editor's help files, have you read "Tutorial 7"? Specifically, you're looking for the "Class Specials part 4: poisoning and being poisoned". That has an example of how to have a class only bootstrap a certain ability at or above a certain level.
