Hi
Is there any way to resize the Available Unit column? My unit names are pretty long and I could use more space here. Thanks Pete |

Edit the definition file to reduce the space given to the game stats; this should increase the amount of 'unused' space that gets used for the name. If you can't edit the definition file (if, for example, you're adding stuff to someone elses datafiles), then I'm afraid you're out of luck. -- Colen McAlister (colen@wolflair.com) Lone Wolf Development www.wolflair.com |

Well I just tried this and only had a single stat and got rid of the options column, but both the Available Unit and Unit Name columns remained where they were. Unfortunately this prevents long unit names from displaying properly. Pete --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). The size of the name doesn't increase much, but it does increase a bit (and of course there's more space if you're running at a higher resolution) when you decrease the amount of space the stats take up. What sort of names are you having problems with? I know the Babylon 5 Wars files have Issues with ship names being too long at 800x600, but once you get up to 1024x768 or higher they're fine. -- Colen McAlister (colen@wolflair.com) Lone Wolf Development www.wolflair.com |
