The program is missing everything, no Classes, no Races, no powers, nothing... Do I have to manually enter everything myself? Or is this a problem?

Hmm... I'll have to wait and see what the official answer is, but my read on the 4E Page is that they provide the basic material for Savage Worlds, 4E, and the Authoring Kit in one packet, but you get the 4E mechanics only through the DDI Downloader by signing up with WotC. Licensing is like that sometimes.

@Rixx: You have to download the 4e datafile from your D&D Insider account using the downloader provided in the Hero Lab file folder for 4e. There is a help section in hero lab that tells you how to download the data. Be forewarned it might take you 6+ hours to get the data however. I know it seems like a pain, but honestly its worth it. You get a much better character creator than what WOTC provides.

If your running windows 7 you might have to run Hero Lab in Administrator mode. Some people have had that problem on here. Personally its not an issue with my computer but some people are having problems with it.

While you're trying to figure it out, send an email to support@wolflair.com with the details. that way, Colen and the rest can start trying to figure out what's going on. They probably won't see it for at least another 3 hours though, being on the West Coast.
