Wizards always publish their spoilers on the pre-release day (i.e about 2 weeks before release day) for normal expansions or on the release day for base set expansions (which have no pre-release competitions). They just take a long while to update the formal links to them. The easiest way to get a new set spoiler is to go through the formal links to get an address for a previous set and then replace the “set name” part of that address with the new set name.
