Yeah - tried that but when the file is locked (such as the Warmaster files I have), you can't save it as a text file... > If you have any specific problems with things not working, just post them > to this group and I'm sure someone will give you a hand. I'm having trouble determining the composition, category and type fields. As I understand it, the composition field has to be in the Compositions definition, the category in the Units definition and the type can be any old text - is that right? My unit names are pretty long and I could use more space here. Try downloading the 40k files - they aren't locked, and should provide examples for every situation you need. > > If you have any specific problems with things not working, just post them > > to this group and I'm sure someone will give you a hand. > >I'm having trouble determining the composition, category and type fields. I believe so, although the type must be up to 10 alphanumeric characters long (i.e. no spaces). -- Colen McAlister (colen@wolflair.com) Lone Wolf Development www.wolflair.com __________________________________________________ ______________________ __________________________________________________ ______________________ Message: 4 Date: Wed, 20 Nov 2002 12:18:30 -0800 From: Colen McAlister <colen@wolflair.com> Subject: Re: Available Unit column At 05:42 PM 11/20/2002 +0000, you wrote: >Hi > >Is there any way to resize the Available Unit column? Edit the definition file to reduce the space given to the game stats; this should increase the amount of 'unused' space that gets used for the name. If you can't edit the definition file (if, for example, you're adding stuff to someone elses datafiles), then I'm afraid you're out of luck. -- Colen McAlister (colen@wolflair.com) Lone Wolf Development www.wolflair.com __________________________________________________ ______________________ __________________________________________________ ______________________ Your use of Yahoo!
