I submitted a bug report this morning. Is that the same thing as opening a ticket?

After I upgraded everything was fine on my desktop.

When I upgraded my laptop and tried to sync I got a long complicated error. I simply removed the local data and synced from scratch and everything worked fine.

Should I be reporting those types of things, Rob?
