How to do a Custom Build Options

I really like that ability to click the one checkbox in the Pathfinder edition to say it must use Pathfinder Society rules for character creation.

Can a user create their own set of rules?

I run The Cheese Grinder and we are going to be in Pathfinder and using Herloab as our character creation program. It would rock if I could create a checkbox so the users can click it and have the rules set fourth by our ruleset.
For instance 40 point point buy, Xgold to spend, etc.

Please let me know if I can make one of these, or if there is away to get one made.
