It'd be easy enough to knock something up, though... <clickety click> I've added a file to the Vault: http://www.egroups.com/docvault/armybuilder/ It's called 'berzerkerjump.40k'. Copy it into your /armybuilder/data/ directory, and you should be able to create the unit you desire. Make sure, when you're importing new files, NOT do delete any that aren't replaced - if you do, you'll lose this file. -- Colen 'Not Colin' McAlister | License to Skrill Email: demandred@skrill.org | Visit http://www.skrill.org/ today! -----------------------------+------------------------------------ "Dovie'andi se tovya sagain" - Robert Jordan's Wheel Of Time ------------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from this group, email armybuilder-unsubscribe@egroups.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Get 75% Off Our Best Selling Health and Wellness Books! I'll give this due consideration for the next release. I'm very hesitant to add this, though. Most AB users are not "power users", and this extra safety is really helpful to them. Most non-power-users like to fiddle with settings to experiment. Allowing them to turn this off might result in a bunch of support headaches on my end. :-( As a power-user, though, I can totally understand your desire for having the confirmation removed. I'll think it over for the next release. <x-flowed>The main reason for this not being a preserved state is that users can
switch between game systems. When this occurs, the dynamic settings like "Show Special Characters" change. This makes is awkward and difficult to keep track of these settings between multiple runs of the product. I'll add this to the todo list, but it is not going to be a high priority, since it's a fair chunk of work to track it properly across game systems and it's only a minor nuisance to a small number of users. Even if you don't remove the confirmation during roster save/print for
validation failures, just being able to turn it off when removing units from a roster in progress will be a big help when trying to quickly pop units in and out during a rushed army design. rob bowes <ro-@wolflair.com> wrote: original article:http://www.egroups.com/group/armybuilder/?start=205 > At 11:40 AM 12/16/99 -0800, you wrote: > >General AB Suggestions: > >Allow us to turn off the confirmation dialogs (i.e. for validation when > >saving, anytime we want to delete or remove something).
