Assassin Errata

Assassins should be able to use Simple Melee weapons.

Also, their Implement should be Ki Focus (though I am unclear on what a Ki Focus actually is).

Just thought you might wanna know!

The D&D compendium says "Simple one-handed melee"; was this changed to just "Simple melee"?

Thanks for the note about the Ki Focus - it's described in a weird way in the compendium, so the downloader doesn't notice it. I'll get that fixed.

You are right, it is Simple one-handed melee.

But "mace" (for example) falls into this category, yet HeroLab considers my character to not be proficient with it.

I believe this is fixed in the latest update to the data files.

Download them and re-run the downloader, and your assassin should be proficient with the appropriate weapons.
