Pretty much what the subject says. I have two secondary licenses (or 3 "device licences" as they're called on the new site), and I'd like to get another one. Support told me I could just buy it on the site as I should be able to get two more, however the button is disabled.
Is there some trick to this I'm missing or something? I've got things linked up into the new account system and that much seems to be working fine. Thanks. |

For what it's worth, I see the same thing. They may address it here, but you're probably best off also firing off an email to support@wolflair.com.

I did, they told me to do it in there. Waiting on a reply to the question about why its disabled, I assume they're busy now.

I got a reply back from support. There's an issue related to this functionality after the migration, and they disabled it until that's resolved.
So, I wasn't doing anything wrong and just have to wait until they can sort it out. No biggie. |
