I reinstalled Hero Lab on my new laptop but it keeps crashing? I reactivated my license on the new machine but it won't let me open a .por character file?
On the main Hero Lab screen it says. Hero Lab is Up to Date. So no updates needed? But it keeps crashing. I tried reinstalling it too. Last edited by qstor; January 6th, 2021 at 10:26 AM. |

I've had to import this file like 10 times and I still can't open Pathfinder.

Huh. Did you try both 32 and 64 bit?

Huh. That's odd. I would have expected the other direction, because one of the Pathfinder updates involved 64 bit IDs. But at least you've got it working for now? It will keep you going while you email support@wolflair.com for a better answer.
