I just wanted to pop in and say that I do see your Meet & Greet thread idea, and I'm considering it. Like @MaxSupernova, I'm wary of another sticky post. However, I'll mull it over.

FWIW, I don't think there'd be enough gatherings to warrant a sticky thread. People can make temporary threads and let them sink into oblivion afterwards, if they even need that.

Parody has a point... when I was referring to a "sticky" I was actually thinking something more independent, more outside both Realm Works & Hero Lab.... A "sub-forum" for meet-n-greet round-tabling LWD products perhaps? Then when Liz decides to come to the best state in the union (ehem Texas) she & Joe can be our guest speakers.....
