JSON Output?

Would it be possible to add in some level of JSON support for exporting characters?

Even just some form of a stat block output would be handy. I've been working on a few projects and loading a JSON object into a Java object takes something like 3 lines of code using GSON (provided your class is properly mapped to match the JSON object). XML is nice and all as a file format, but supporting it in Java is just a PITA and complex.

Besides the java project, I could use it in MapTool to easily create "Tokens" for various frameworks as Maptool natively knows and understands JSON inside it's macro code.


Just curious if this is something you would ever consider. If not, I'll continue on with some sort of stat block parser...
