Hello:
I've been having this issue for some time: Pick 'trMPWlthBn' has been orphaned as it can no longer be added to the portfolio At first I thought it was being caused by one of my own house rule custom files. But I've disabled those and still get this error. I've tried various things with Hidden & Preclude, but they usually cause secondary problems. Can anyone give me any ideas on what might be causing this issue. I'm thinking it being caused by an addon not of my creation, but I am loath to part with anything I have installed currently since it would cause all sorts of problems for my players who all use Hero Lab. If I remember correctly, I think all you need to do is change anything on the character, (stat, skill, whatever) and save it again. Reload HL and character and I think you will be cool.
BTW - Also make sure you deleted the MP files. |

I've tried that many times unfortunately. In the portfolio, on the feats tab, the Wealth trait is there but it keeps losing the selection once you've saved and re-opened the portfolio.
It's very annoying, particularly since I keep all the party character in a single portfolio to be used with the Tactical Display. What gets me is that it works when you re-select the Profession but refuses to be saved. I tried creating a replacement trait and playing with the timing, but no success so far. Thanks for the reply though. Watch your back, Conserve your ammo, and NEVER cut a deal with a dragon! |

Hum, make sure all the MP user files are deleted. They are:
PFRPG_Modern_Path_Blood and Brains - The Zombie Hunter's Guide PFRPG_Modern_Path_Classic_Heroes PFRPG_Modern_Path_d20_Modern_Arcana PFRPG_Modern_Path_NMP_ModernMagic PFRPG_Modern_Path_Scrying_Eye_Games PFRPG_Modern_Path_SGG_Enforcer PFRPG_Modern_Path_SGG_Sensitive PFRPG_Modern_Path_SGG_The_Daredevil PFRPG_Modern_Path_SGG_The_Investigator PFRPG_Modern_Path_SGG_The_Luminary PFRPG_Modern_Path_SGG_Tough PFRPG_Modern_Path_Shadow_Heroes PFRPG_The_Modern_Path_Heroes PFRPG_The_Modern_Path_Imperial Age and Thrilling Tales PFRPG_The_Modern_Path_MSRD Once they are all gone, try the changing the character again. If that don't get it, there is something else I saw, some time ago on here, but I'll have to look it up and see. |

The problem with this is that I am using material from modern path so I don't want to get rid of it, just to fix the issue. Sorry if I was unclear about that.

Try the "Strip missing sources" option in the Portfolio menu.

Mathias, it's greyed out.
Thanks though. Hopefully someone will toss me an idea I haven't tried yet. Watch your back, Conserve your ammo, and NEVER cut a deal with a dragon! |

Ok, I think I see the issue. The 'trMPWlthBn' is in the PFRPG_The_Modern_Path_Heroes user file. It's a mechanic, so it going to show up all the time if you are using the Modern Path files. If you delete the 'trMPWlthBn' file, I guess you will get all kinds of script errors. So in short, IDK how best how to hide it and not get a ton of script errors.
Just took a second look at the first post. If you are using any of the other Modern Path files, you have to have the PFRPG_The_Modern_Path_Heroes user file. That might be your issue. So if that is the issue, you could re-install the PFRPG_The_Modern_Path_Heroes user file and then just copy the 'trMPWlthBn' to another user files. That might work for you. I'll give that a try soon as I have the chance. Thx Frodie.
