Is there a way to set a feat where you can have more than 2 rings active at one time?

Unfortunately, not currently, but it's on our list of things to do (it's
needed for some magic items in the supplement books).

Has this been addressed yet? I houserule that PC's can wear a lot more than 2 and I would like to be able to have HL show that without yelling at us
