Army Abilities

Can army abilities/tactics etc. be added in the editor? Or is there no tab for it yet?

We ran into a limitation - the editor can currently show only 64 tabs (and if you add more, the *Hidden and *Preclude tabs are the first to get hidden). Once we've fixed that limitation, we'll be able to uncomment the editor tabs for the army things and let you add your own.
