Subject: public xml specification

Is there any documents or DTDs for the public xml format the AB
produces? I, like everyone else, wants to have a palmOS reader of the
roster. So instead of waiting for someone to write one, I have
decided to write one, but I would like to know if there is
information about hwo the xml document is structured so I can
validate the xml file.

Look in the armybuilder\xml folder (which should be installed when you
install the Construction Kit), young Skywalker; the file 'abpublic.dtd' is
what you seek.

Subject: Creating Data Files via Text Files

Hi

I'm creating data files manually using text files and am having a
problem. Does anyone have an example text data file they could post
so I can take a look?

Thanks

Pete

Just open any datafile in ABCreator and use the 'Save to text' option in
the file menu; that'll generate a perfect text file from which you can work.

If you have any specific problems with things not working, just post them
to this group and I'm sure someone will give you a hand.
