Any codex release will be included in the AB40K files one month after its US/UK release date. As the Tyranids were released on Jan 16, they are scheduled for inclusion on/around Feb 16th.

It's Feb 25th and I still don't see the new Tyranids codex file. Did I miss something? I updated my Army Builder but there's still no new file that I can see for 'nids.

Yes you have missed it. As a further note, you may want to check out our website which will have more current updates than are available here: www.ab40k.org. The file you desire can be found here: http://www.ab40k.org/modules.php?nam...download&cid=2

Verrry interesting! I just went to your site and can't find a way to download anything on the new "nid codex. The linkyou gave sends me to the download section. A search for tyranids yeilds only the old codex download.
I, too have been checking AB's update feature daily for the new codex to no avail. Please be a bit more specific for us non-geek oldsters. |

I believe you have to register with the AB40k to download.

Actually you do not have to even be a registered member to download the file. The file you want is the General Release 1.06b, which is where the download link points you towards. It is the only file at that link. Download it and doubleclick on it any it should open AB and then ask you if you want to update. I personally would recommend an entirely new folder - once you do, then you may delete your older folder and simply rename the new one to the same AB40K.

Thanks, Shaggai, but all too confusing for my 59 year old mind. I guess I'll just wait for y'all to get the bugs outa the bugs and go the auto update route. I just hope I'm still around.
