M&M 3rd ed. Incorrect error with Deflect

PL character is given 10 Dodge/Parry and 10 Toughness. Character is also given Deflect 7. Hero Lab incorrectly reports this as a problem. Deflect should only be called a problem if it is 11 or more as it functions as a replacement to current dodge/parry, not in addition to it.

Could you post your portfolio file? I can't replicate your problem. There was a Deflect issue in the prior version but I think it got fixed.

Unfortunately I'd already messed with the portfolio file and can't reproduce now. I'll keep my eyes out in case it comes up again.
