Ability Score Substitution

On the astral plane, where my character now finds herself, Int is used in place of Str and Wis is used in place of Dex. To reflect that, I have attempted to use the "Ability Score Substitution" adjustment to no avail.

I have selected Int in the left-most box and Str in the right. I have no idea what the "+" feature is supposed to be used for but regardless I see absolutely no change in any of the calculated features of the character (Attack bonus, damage, etc.) The same goes for Wis-Dex. My scores are widely divergent from each other (Int 12 vs. Str 8 and Wis 14 vs Dex 25) so the difference should be immediately apparent but there appears to be no change whatsoever. I have ensured the checkbox is check to enable the adjustment and I have fiddled with the "+" changing it from +0 to +20 and again - no change.

Does this adjustment work at all right now or am I just doing it wrong?

Looks to be broken to me, too. Best submit a bug report about it.
