Trouble with pdf plug-in

I can download the .pdf file but when it goes to install it just says that I have to stop a program that is already using a pdf program. The trouble is, there isn't anything running using a pdf plug-in. What can I do?

Hero Lab is the program that's running. Download the pdf installer as a launchable installer, close HL, and then install it. Then you can re-open HL and print to pdfs.
